Doux Futures is a holistic consultancy founded by Tanisi Pooran, weaving together regenerative strategy, future-focused organization and systems design, and transformative process.

Our praxis is rooted in the belief that regenerative futures are possible — and imperative for our survival. We are designing the future through a kinship ancestral practice, regenerative business strategy, ethical integration of AI and emerging technology, and practical work design. Our work brings together ancestral wisdom with future-focused rigour to design and implement fit-for-purpose operational strategies, work and team design, and the rituals, skills and practices needed to navigate complex challenges and build the futures we imagine. We blend regenerative economics and business strategy with change praxis rooted in Caribbean lineages of liberation and futurism.

We take a whole-systems approach to design, operations and our relationships with people and the planet. We know that effective organizations, profitable business, future-oriented leaders, and strong teams aren’t built in isolation.
